Pre-Step

After you express your interest in working together, we’ll book a 30-minute call to get to know each other, understand your needs, and ensure we’re the perfect fit. After the call, you’ll receive a custom proposal. Once you approve it and submit a 50% deposit, you’ll receive your onboarding materials and brand homework to kickstart the process.

Clarity & Direction

We’ll start with a discovery session to set the foundation for your brand. If you’ve chosen the Brand Identity + Strategy package, this will be a deep-dive strategy session.

Moodboard & Palette

We’ll define the look and feel of your brand, creating a moodboard and selecting a color palette that captures your vision.

Concept Creation

Three custom logo concepts will be designed, each crafted to reflect your unique brand identity.

Refinement & Approval

You’ll choose your favorite direction, and we’ll refine it with two rounds of revisions to ensure it’s aligned with your vision.

Brand Elements & Review

Once your logo is finalized, I’ll design the rest of your brand assets—including typography, submarks, and brand elements. You’ll have a chance to review and provide feedback.

Finalization & Delivery

Your full brand package—including logo files, color palettes, fonts, and brand guidelines—is delivered, ready for you to launch with confidence.
